ABSTRACT

The article is devoted to the development of equipment and investigation of defoaming process. The device with a flexural vibrating irradiator is developed. It is shown that application of high intensity ultrasonic vibrations accelerates defoaming process. Based on experimental results, optimal modes and conditions of ultrasonic influence on a beer and soap foam are recommended.

Key words: ultrasonic, defoaming, oscillating system
