ABSTRACT

The rules and sequence of designing of separate components (piezoelectric transducers, boosters, concentrators and ultrasonic work tools) in development of piezoelectric vibrating systems (sources of ultrasonic influence on different technological processes) are presented in the paper. Proposed rules provide creating of ultrasonic vibrating systems with required parameters of ultrasonic treatment (power, intensity, frequency, radiating surface, radiation direction etc).

Key words: ultrasound, ultrasonic technological equipment, ultrasonic vibrating system, concentrator.
